This is our most economical whistle. It features a durable plastic mouthpiece and a tapered metal body with black finish. The sound is light and sweet and is available only in the key of D. Compared to our other whistles the Meg plays a little softer, this along with its lower price makes it an excellent choice for a classroom of students or a child's whistle. A song sheet and fingering chart is included with each whistle. If you are purchasing for a more serious musician and the modest price difference is not an issue. I would recommend the Sweetone or the Celtic Tinwhistle, these both have an improved plastic mouthpiece and play with more volume and have a brighter tone.
