Return Policy

Due to health regulations 

HARMONICAS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.  

In addition, ALL sales from RW Harmonicas are final. 

We do not accept returns unless an incorrect shipment was made.

 

 

Occasionally it happens that a product is defective from the factory.  For this reason all products are warranted and serviced directly by the manufacturers. If you have received a defective product, or think you have a warranty issue with any of the products you have purchased from us, please contact the manufacturer involved directly for instructions to get your product repaired or replaced.  You should call the manufacturer first BEFORE sending your item to them to get their instructions for the return.  Please understand, this is a requirement of the manufacturers and it is not up to us or our discretion - the manufacturers will ONLY accept warranty returns from the final consumer, not from the dealer.
