Policies

RETURN POLICY:

Product returns are accepted if shipped back to us, at buyer’s expense, within 7 days. The product must be in exactly the same new and unused condition as we sent it out. Due to health reason we cannot accept used Harmonicas and/or used Brass Instruments. Please read reviews or ask questions prior to buying. Buyer pays return freight, along with a 20% restocking fee. 

If the item is defective or not as described, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. Please be ready to provide pictures of product, and a written explanation of the reason the item is being returned, in the event that we make such request.

If the buyer returns a product that they claims to be defective, and we determine that the product is not defective, then the item will either be returned to the buyer, or a 25% restocking fee will be removed from the buyer's refund. Any shipping fees will also be the buyer's responsibillity too.

 

 

SERVICE CHARGE:

Laser Engraving Cancelation Service Charge

A 20% fee of the full amount will be charged to the buyer plus any shipping charges we incur after ordering products to be returned to the manufacturer.

If the buyer cancels the order within 24 hours of when the order is paid for then a service charge of 5%, and a 5% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer.

If the buyer decideds to order within 3 months of the initial order then we will refund our service fee once the order has been received by the buyer, and the buyer is satisfied with their product.

Refunds (less service charges, and any restocking fees) can take up to 7 business days.

 


CUSTOMS POLICY:

Customs are buyers responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 

 

 

We gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 7 days from when you receive the item. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us via email immediately to obtain an RMA number and start the process to send you a replacement. Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. 

 

Sale's Tax:

Sale's tax is applied to the state of Missouri residents only. The tax rate is 8.35% that will be applied to Missouri resident's invoice at checkout.
